Refund Policy

Effective: August 13, 2026. Last updated: September 8, 2026. Operator: Change2Me L.L.C. (Wyoming, USA), brand Change2Me / €2$. Digital subscriptions for Tally Pro are sold through Paddle as merchant of record. Contact: support@change2me.com.

Clear refund rules are part of good small-business practice. This policy explains Free vs Pro, how to cancel, and when we refund. Related: Terms · Privacy · Pricing.

1. Free plan (Handshake)

Handshake Free has no subscription fee. There is nothing to refund for Free use. Ads on Free are not a paid product.

2. Who bills you for Tally Pro

Paddle is the merchant of record. Paddle charges your payment method, issues receipts/invoices, collects applicable taxes, and processes approved refunds back to the original payment method. Your card or wallet statement may show a Paddle-related descriptor (for example tied to Tally / C2M).

Change2Me L.L.C. provides the software access (Tally Pro / ad-free Handshake) once we receive confirmation that your subscription is paid and active.

3. Cancel renewals (stop future charges)

  1. Use the Cancel subscription link on your Change2Me purchase receipt (email/SMS), or
  2. Read Cancel policy and open the signed cancel link from that receipt, or
  3. Email support@change2me.com from the account email with “Cancel Pro”.

Monthly: Cancel anytime. Within the first 24 hours, cancel ends Pro access immediately and fully refunds that charge (no extra steps; card credit may take several business days). After 24 hours, cancel stops the next renewal and access continues through the end of the paid month (no mid-cycle partial refund).

Annual: Cancel anytime. Within the first 15 days, cancel ends Pro access immediately and fully refunds that charge (no extra steps; card credit may take several business days). After 15 days, cancel stops the next renewal and access continues through the end of the paid year; no partial-period refunds.

After the early window, canceling stops future renewals under those rules and does not by itself refund money already paid, unless a refund is approved under Section 4 or required by law.

4. Refund requests (7-day / low FX-use window)

If you are not satisfied with a new Tally Pro subscription, you may request a refund when both of the following are true:

How to ask:

We may still refund in good faith for a genuine technical failure that blocked Pro access even if usage is unclear, and where Paddle’s buyer terms or your local consumer law require a broader right of withdrawal.

5. When we may decline a refund

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. Bank or card issuer timing is outside our control (often several business days). When a refund is completed, Pro access may end when Paddle marks the transaction or subscription accordingly.

7. Pricing errors and changes

If we or Paddle list an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the transaction and refund you. Plan prices may change for future renewals with notice where required; we will not silently change the fundamental nature of Personal Pro without updating Pricing and these policies.

8. Accounts and proof of purchase

Keep your Paddle receipt. Pro entitlement on change2me.com is tied to the account email / user id we bind at checkout. If you use a different email for the site account and for Paddle, tell us both addresses when you write support so we can match the subscription.
