Terms of Use
Effective: August 13, 2026. Last updated: September 8, 2026. These Terms are between you and Change2Me L.L.C. (“Change2Me,” “we,” “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company, for the website and apps branded Change2Me / €2$ at change2me.com. Contact: hello@change2me.com.
By using Change2Me you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This page is a customer-facing contract summary for a small software business; it is not legal advice to you.
1. The service
Handshake (Free) helps travelers show Cost, Tendered, and Change in two languages/currencies. Tally Pro is an optional subscription for the Tally receipt / line-item builder and an ad-free Handshake experience while Pro is active.
Exchange rates and calculated amounts are estimates for convenience only. You are solely responsible for confirming every amount with the merchant and your bank, card, cash, or other payment method before you hand over money. Change2Me is not a bank, remittance service, currency exchange, escrow, or insured FX product.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and at least 16 years old (or the higher age required where you live).
- You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One person should not create accounts to abuse Free ads, trials, or refunds.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or Terms violations.
3. Free plan and advertising
Handshake Free has no subscription fee. Travel-related advertising or affiliate offers may appear. Ads are intended to be G-rated and travel-appropriate; third-party ad networks have their own terms. We do not guarantee any particular ad, offer, or affiliate outcome.
4. Tally Pro subscriptions (Paddle merchant of record)
Pro plans and prices are listed at Pricing (currently Personal Pro monthly and yearly options; taxes may apply by location).
Paddle.com Market Limited and/or its affiliates (“Paddle”) is the merchant of record for web checkout. When you buy Pro:
- Your purchase contract for payment is with Paddle under Paddle’s buyer terms, and Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes.
- We grant you the Pro software access described in these Terms once Paddle confirms a successful payment or active subscription status to us (typically via secure webhooks).
- Card statements and receipts may show Paddle / a Paddle statement descriptor (for example related to Tally / C2M), not only “Change2Me.”

Cancellations, renewals, and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Canceling renewal stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current paid period unless that policy or Paddle says otherwise.
5. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Change2Me for lawful travel and small-business handoff use. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our APIs except as allowed by law;
- Misrepresent rates, invent fake “official” bank rates, or use the product to commit fraud;
- Resell Pro access, share one Personal Pro login as a commercial multi-user service, or circumvent billing;
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
6. Devices, keys, and version requirements
Personal Pro is meant for individual use. We may limit active devices or sessions per subscription, issue or revoke device credentials, and require a minimum supported version of the web app or future native shells so that security and entitlement checks remain reliable. If we tighten device or version rules, we will give reasonable notice in-product or by updating these Terms where practical. Free Handshake will not be lightly “bricked,” but outdated clients may lose Pro features or API access.
7. Demo and preview features
Any demo Pro unlock, layout preview, or “under development” badge is for evaluation only and is not a paid subscription. Production billing entitlement comes from a valid Paddle-backed subscription status (or a written grant from us).
8. Intellectual property
Change2Me, €2$, Tally, Handshake, and related logos, copy, and software are owned by Change2Me L.L.C. or its licensors (parent nCode LLC as applicable). You keep ownership of content you type into a session (for example receipt line items) solely as needed to use the feature; you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the service.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that rates match any bank, card network, or street exchange.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHANGE2ME L.L.C. AND ITS PARENT, MANAGERS, AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR EXCHANGE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO PADDLE FOR TALLY PRO IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum allowed.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Change2Me L.L.C. against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your disputes with merchants, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that consumers may retain mandatory protections of their country of residence where required. Courts in Wyoming (or another U.S. venue we mutually agree) are a preferred forum for disputes we cannot resolve informally — email us first at hello@change2me.com.
Payment disputes for charges collected by Paddle may also be handled under Paddle’s buyer terms and processes.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as features, pricing, or billing partners change. The Effective date will be updated. Material changes to paid plans will be communicated in a reasonable way (for example site notice or email). Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
