Monthly Pro
Monthly: cancel anytime. Within the first 24 hours — Pro access ends immediately and that charge is fully refunded (no extra steps; card credit may take several business days). After 24 hours — access continues through the end of the paid month (no mid-cycle partial refund); cancels the next renewal.
Annual Pro
Annual: cancel anytime. Within the first 15 days — Pro access ends immediately and that charge is fully refunded (no extra steps; card credit may take several business days). After 15 days — access continues through the end of the paid year (no partial-period refunds); cancels the next renewal.
How to cancel
- Use the Cancel subscription link on your Change2Me purchase receipt email/SMS, or
- Open /cancel/ from that signed link, or
- Email support@change2me.com from your checkout email with “Cancel Pro”.
Paddle is merchant of record. Early-window cancel (monthly within 24 hours / annual within 15 days) ends Pro access immediately and fully refunds that charge when you use the Cancel link — no extra steps (card credit may take several business days). After that window, cancel stops the next renewal and access runs through the paid period already charged (no mid-cycle partial refund). Other refund requests: Refund Policy.
